Semester or Year Programs
Hopewell Beijing students will be attending the High School Affiliated with Beijing Institute of Technology (HSABIT), one of the top secondary schools in the Haidian District of Beijing. There are over 2,000 Chinese students, grades 7 through 12, currently enrolled at HSABIT. Hopewell students take classes in English, Chinese, Mathematics, Chinese History, Art, and Computer Sciences, all taught in English by both Chinese and American faculty. Outside the classroom, Hopewell Beijing will organize weekend trips to visit major tourist attractions in Beijing, such as the Great Wall, the Summer Palace and the Forbidden City.
Students will also take week-long trips to Xian, Shanghai and Tibet, as well as spend time in the Chinese countryside getting to know the real China.
