Program Fees & Financial Aid

Hopewell’s program fees, inclusions, and estimated additional costs, are outlined below. Please note that cialis order Hopewell reserves the right to adjust its fees in the event of significant change in exchange rates or other factors beyond its control.  If your home institution pays Hopewell directly, the program fees do not apply, and you will simply follow your school’s tuition and fee policies.

Program Fees are as follows:
Fall 2013: $15,000 (Tuition $12,000, Room & Board $3,000)
Spring 2014: $15,000 (Tuition $12,000, Room & Board $3,000)
Academic Year 2013-2014: $30,000 (Tuition $24,000, Room & Board $6,000)

Estimated Additional Costs

Round trip airfare to China: $1,500
Miscellaneous personal expenses: $1,500

Payment Information:
1. Billing arrangement can be made so that your college pays Hopewell directly and you pay your school for the time that you are abroad.
2. If your school does not allow direct billing, we will bill you directly.

Upon acceptance into our program, you will be billed a $100 confirmation fee. This fee reserves your spot in the Hopewell Beijing program and is non-refundable.  Fees billed to students directly are due prior to U.S. departure. If it is necessary to defer payment until financial aid is disbursed, these arrangements can be made by contacting Hopewell’s financial officer.  Payment can be made by personal check, money order or cashier’s check and should be sent to:

Refund and Withdrawal Policies

  • Students who withdraw after confirming their intent to enroll, but prior to the payment due date, will be charged $500 plus any non-refundable deposits or fees paid on their behalf by Hopewell Education.
  • Students who withdraw after the payment due date, but prior to the scheduled overseas arrival date for their program, will be charged $1,500 plus any non-refundable deposits or fees paid on their behalf by Hopewell Education.
  • Students who withdraw on or after their scheduled overseas arrival date for their program will be charged $2,000 plus any non-refundable deposits or fees paid on their behalf by Hopewell Education. Refunds are approved only after all relevant accounts are cleared. Upon approval, a refund will be issued within 30 working days. In the event that a student’s charges exceed the amount paid, the student will be invoiced for the difference.
  • If you are participating in a full-year program and notify us in writing at least one month before the end of the first term that you will not be returning for the second term, you will be charged the published fee for the completed term.
  • If you are participating in a full-year program and notify us in writing during the month before the end of the first term that you will not be returning for the second term, you will be charged the published fee for the completed term, plus $500.
  • There is no credit or refund for a student who is suspended or expelled from the program for any reason.
